St Mary’s Early Years and Education Service is situated in the main building of St Mary’s Family Centre.  Our Early Years & Education Service provides care and education within a child-orientated environment for children aged between 2- 5 years, there is a maximum of twelve children per session.

The Early Years & Education Department operates: 

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.

Our planned curriculum for children subscribes to the DFEE’s Early Years Foundation Stage Record.

Nursery Education funding is available for eligible children aged 3 Years and over including those  children who may have Special Needs.

Our Early Years & Education Service is regularly inspected by Ofsted.  Their requirements are our minimum standards.  In our most recent Ofsted inspection in April 2009 we were awarded a rating of "outstanding".
