The After School Club takes place on the site of Virgo Fidelis Prep School.  Our After School Club has qualified Child Care Staff and supports children from the schools of St Josephs Infants and Junior and Virgo Fidelis Preparatory school aged four to eleven years after school during term time. 

The club aims to provide a safe and stimulating environment with provision of a hot snack and drink.  There are 40 places in the club, which is a self-referral service.  Our After School Club is known to Ofsted and the London Borough of Croydon Education department.  Their requirements are our minimum standards.  In our most recent Ofsted inspection in April 2009 we were awarded a rating of "outstanding".  Click here to see the report.

The club operates term time from 3.15pm to 6.00pm.  The children are escorted from school to Virgo Fidelis Prep School.

  Criteria for referral

   Children in full time education aged 4-11 years

   Children attending Virgo Fidelis Preparatory school and St Josephs school

   Children considered to have Special needs

   Siblings already attending the Club

   Children already on the waiting list

   Children whose parent’s are working or in full time study
